Artista y docente nacida en Inglaterra y afincada en Barcelona, donde vive con sus dos hijas y dos gatos.
Creativa de corazón y apasionada por la acuarela y el arte abstracto, atraviesa un proceso de evolución artística explorando la pintura abstracta con acrílico y pigmentos naturales sobre tela.
Encuentra inspiración en los detalles que cuentan historias a través del color y la textura: un mueble antiguo, guijarros en la orilla, un bolardo oxidado o un puñado de hojas rojizas y ocres en el suelo.
Le apasiona compartir su conocimiento y su amor por el arte con personas de todas las edades, tanto en talleres presenciales como online.
Su labor como docente vive un momento de crecimiento y transformación, con nuevos retos y proyectos que invitan a seguir creando y explorando.
Artist and educator, born in England and now based in Barcelona, where she lives with her two daughters and two cats.
A creative soul with a deep passion for watercolor and abstract art, she is currently immersed in an artistic journey exploring abstract painting with acrylics and natural pigments on canvas.
She finds inspiration in the details that tell a story through color and texture: an antique piece of furniture, pebbles by the shore, a rusted bollard, or a handful of fallen leaves in warm reds and ochres.
Her passion is sharing her knowledge and love for art with people of all ages, through both in-person and online workshops.
Her teaching practice is in a moment of growth and transformation, with exciting challenges and projects on the horizon.
Kristina del Baño
Artista con un recorrido multidisciplinar nacida en Barcelona, con una trayectoria en ilustración para libros infantiles y como diseñadora textil, con obras y colecciones de estampados comercializadas internacionalmente.
Su trabajo se inspira en la naturaleza y en la investigación de los lazos que nos conectan con el pasado y las herencias familiares.
A través del retrato, explora la imagen que proyectamos de nosotros mismos y la máscara detrás de la que se esconden nuestras identidades.
Actualmente, su trabajo se expone en centros de arte contemporáneo en Francia, donde reside.
A multidisciplinary artist born in Barcelona, with a background in children’s book illustration and textile design, whose works and print collections have been marketed internationally.
Her work draws inspiration from nature and from exploring the ties that connect us to the past and to our family heritage.
Through portraiture, she examines the image we project of ourselves and the mask behind which our identities are concealed.
Her work is currently exhibited in contemporary art centers in France, where she resides.

Qué esperar del viaje
Miércoles Llegaremos a Isle, haremos el check-in. Nos instalaremos y haremos una cena de bienvenida, lo que nos dará la oportunidad de empezar a conocernos.
Jueves Desayuno provenzal. Paseo hasta el lugar donde empezaremos el primero de los 3 talleres en el interior. Estaremos en un espacio privado en el Grand Hotel Henri. Os haremos una presentación de quienes somos, de la dinámica de los talleres y también de las visitas programadas. Será un día intenso de trabajo.
Viernes Desayuno, taller y el resto del día lo pasaremos en Isle, conociendo sus calles, sus tiendas, los espacios de brocantes y anticuarios y algún museo.
Sábado Es el día en el que nos vamos de visita a Gordes y Menerbes, dos pueblos preciosos a una media hora en coche de Isle. El traslado lo haremos en mini bus.
Domingo Día de despedida, después de nuestro último desayuno provenzal. También es el día de la semana en el que coinciden el mercado local con el mercado de brocantes. Os recomendamos que lo visitéis antes de regresar a casa.
What to expect of the trip
Wednesday We will arrive at Isle and check-in. After settling in we will have a welcome dinner which will give us the opportunity to start getting to know each other.
Thursday Provenzal breakfast. Walk to the center of the village where we will start the first of 3 indoor workshops. We will be in a private space at the Grand Hotel Henri. We will give you a presentation of who we are, the dynamics of the workshops and also the scheduled visits. It will be an intense day of work.
Friday Breakfast, workshop and the rest of the day we will spend in Isle, getting to know its streets, its shops, the brocantes and antique shops and museums.
Saturday It’s the day we go to visit Gordes and Menerbes, two beautiful villages half an hour by car from Isle. The transfer will be done by mini bus.
Sunday Farewell day, after our last Provencal breakfast. It is also the day of the week in which the local market coincides with the brocantes market. We recommend that you visit this market before returning home.
